Job Summary
Branch Manager leads branch teams across warehouse, operations, and administrative functions; oversees daily operations to ensure safety, accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service; manages inventory processes including receiving, storage, shipping, and delivery; sets clear performance expectations, provides coaching, and conducts evaluations; ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures; monitors KPIs and drives improvements to productivity and profitability; maintains facility and equipment for safe operations; collaborates with leadership on goals and strategic initiatives; work hours 7 AM-4:30 PM with overtime as needed; physical demands include lifting up to 75 pounds and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company matches.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of leadership or operations experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coach and evaluate
- Forklift experience (training available)
- Building materials experience or mechanical aptitude (preferred)
- Proficient in basic computer usage
