Job Summary
Full-time in-office Branch Manager I position in Perryton, TX overseeing the branch's credit quality, loan servicing, business development, and personnel administration with substantial decision-making latitude. Responsibilities include hiring and training branch staff, representing the association in local community activities, generating new loan business and servicing existing loans, conducting loan analyses, confirming asset/liability coverage and collateral evaluation (including lien perfection), ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, preparing required reports, coordinating advertising/marketing programs, and handling collections and management of acquired property. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience), 1–3 years of banking or agricultural lending experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. Skills include banking administration knowledge, financial analysis, asset/liability management, accounting/finance principles, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of progressively responsible banking or related agricultural lending experience
- One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred, but not required
