Job Summary
Oversee multiple branches as Branch Manager I, providing onsite leadership and operational support to assigned locations. Lead, mentor, and develop branch teams to ensure excellent customer service, compliance with policies, and achievement of performance goals. Drive branch growth by promoting World Finance products and services, support tax services, and pair customers with appropriate loan products. Build community relationships, collaborate with team members, and travel between branches to cover coverage areas.
