Branch Manager I

Administer and operate the full service branch office, overseeing lending, product sales, customer service, and security. Manage staff to meet branch profitability and loan volume goals while making loan decisions up to established limits and collecting delinquent accounts. Develop community business relationships, sell products, and handle hiring, training, and performance reviews for branch personnel. Achieve individual and branch sales targets through new business, referrals, and account retention. Ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines and maintain high client satisfaction.
