Job Summary
The Branch Manager I is responsible for the sales and operations of the branch, driving sales/marketing initiatives, and training the branch sales team. Key duties include designing a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base, setting objectives and monitoring performance of Outside Sales Representatives (cold calling, lead generation, customer service, pricing), building long-lasting customer relationships, enforcing branch standards, directing distribution operations and HR/admin activities with the Branch Operations Manager, training inside personnel in warehouse, order management, customer service, and design sales, developing forecasts and financial objectives with accountability for branch results, analyzing activity and forecast data to track progress, and aligning with regional/corporate leadership on direction and culture. Skills/experience focus on sales leadership, operations management, customer focus, business acumen, communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Education requirement is a BS in Business Administration or related field.
