Job Summary
Lead branch operations as the local community leader, driving growth and client satisfaction through strategic planning, business development, and a high-performance team. Motivate and coach staff, recruit and develop talent, and manage day-to-day operations including corporate branding and profit & loss. Build and sustain relationships within the industry and community to enhance branch presence and performance. Requires 5+ years of insurance brokerage experience, 3+ years of management experience, a Level 2 license, and industry designations (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years insurance brokerage experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a department or branch
- Level 2 license
- Industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)
