Job Summary
Lead branch operations at Honor Credit Union in Niles, MI, driving member and team experience, coordinating with Real Estate and Business Services to achieve member growth, deposits, and loan goals. Coach, develop, and train the branch team; ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and SAFE Act registration; manage day-to-day operations and maintain a high standard of service to members. Must be prepared to register as an MLO and hold/obtain a Nationwide Licensing Number; associate degree in Business or equivalent experience required; 2–5 years of related leadership experience expected.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience
- Must be/or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing Number
- Two to five years of similar or related experience
