Job Summary
Lead the All Ways Caring HomeCare branch by managing all sales, service delivery, and HR functions to meet financial targets and exceed profitability goals. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff while building relationships with key clients, partners, and corporate leadership. Develop and execute the annual business plan, analyze financial reports, and drive sales and marketing efforts including lead generation and client proposals. Monitor quality systems, manage risks related to compensation and expenses, and ensure excellent client service and retention. Requires 1+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting with a BS degree preferred. Full-time role based in the local community with no remote work.
