Branch Manager

Manage facets of sales, service, and administration to ensure adherence to laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for achieving performance goals. Acquire knowledge to successfully operate a Home Paramount branch, maintaining up-to-date expertise in all pest management areas. Successfully manage financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control for total profit and loss accountability. Control branch inventory, including materials, supplies, products, office supplies, and equipment to manage expenses, achieve efficiency, and reduce theft. Monitor and inspect branch vehicles, equipment, inventory, and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and preservation of company assets. Train, develop, motivate, counsel, and provide strong leadership and oversight to branch personnel to meet or exceed sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Maintain flexible work hours, including Saturdays.
