Job Summary
Oversee branch clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, and survey readiness for VDH, JCAHO, and payer audits. Manage infection prevention compliance, clinician productivity, and case mix management while ensuring timely OASIS assessments and documentation. Drive staff engagement, retention, and succession planning alongside budget planning and expense management. Participate in on-call operations and implement corrective action plans for hospitalization trends. Maintain full compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. This role supports the Chantilly office's commitment to Medicare Star Ratings, HHCAHPS, and branch profitability through rigorous quality measures and interdisciplinary team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 100% office-based position (no exceptions)
- Active Virginia RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of home health leadership experience (Clinical Manager, Director of Nursing, Branch Director or similar role)
- Minimum 2 years as a field RN in home health (no exceptions)
- Strong knowledge of OASIS, PDGM, Medicare reimbursement and home health quality measures
- Experience managing interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, therapy, social work and caregivers
- Strong leadership, coaching, conflict-resolution and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred
