Job Summary
Build and execute branch plans aligned with overall business strategy while managing the branch budget to ensure adherence to organizational priorities. Ensure all operational imperatives are met, including compliance, regulatory procedures, and expense controls, while managing audit requests and safeguarding member assets. Demonstrate high proficiency in setting expectations, effective delegation, and coaching team members toward results through formal and informal training. Engage with data to identify recommendations for team and community success, actively seek community partnerships, and champion inclusive values across internal and external audiences. Manage appointment and lobby management software and maintain regular attendance in the Greater Seattle area.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, or higher, in business or similar areas of study; or direct experience equivalent
- Five (5)+ years of experience in financial/banking services
- Three (3)+ years as a people manager
- Comprehensive knowledge of the state and federal regulations such as Reg. B, Reg. E, Reg. D, Reg. CC, Reg. Z, and the Bank Secrecy Act
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using banking software and digital tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in formal business communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or similar area of study
- Two (2)+ years as a direct manager of a sales and customer service-based team
- One (1)+ year or more as a leader within a Credit Union
- FISERV DNA proficient
- Fluent in Spanish
- Notary Certificate
- ITIN Certified
- Medallion Certified
