Job Summary
Lead all branch operations with primary responsibility for parts and service performance, driving profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and mentorship to department managers overseeing approximately 35 indirect employees, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow management, and equipment turnaround times. Manage full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility while developing strategies to improve productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and key industry partners while promoting a culture centered on safety, accountability, and teamwork. Partner with executive leadership to achieve regional business objectives and long-term growth initiatives in a technically demanding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing heavy equipment parts and service operations
- Experience leading managers and supervising large operational teams in a multi-department environment
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and product support
- Previous P&L management experience with responsibility for operational and financial performance
- Industry experience within one or more of the following sectors: Construction equipment, Heavy equipment dealerships, Mining, Landfill, Agriculture, Industrial equipment
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance while developing high-performing teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, financial management, and customer relationship skills
