Job Summary
Oversee Division Field Operations Supervisors, service members, and warehouse staff by delegating authority, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating installation and service schedules to optimize productivity. Manage branch profitability, working capital, and inventory through quarterly audits, labor cost control, and cash dispersal reconciliation. Resolve escalated customer issues, approve vendor invoices and labor charges, and process daily paperwork flow to the Regional Operations Office. Handle retail walk-in sales of hearth products and coordinate product ordering with Purchasing. Provide field support for Pre-View and Post-View processes and maintain a safe, professional work environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of hearth or construction industry experience; forklift license preferred. Located in Nashville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or an operations-related or construction–related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the hearth or construction industry including managing others
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
- Must be computer literate
- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
- Must have problem-solving capabilities and excellent customer service skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task and to interact effectively
- Must be able to drive a forklift
Desired Qualifications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of hearth products including limitations, installation requirements, FHH policies and local building codes
- Gas Piping License
- General Contractors License
