Job Summary
Branch Manager – Healthcare Staffing role in NYC with ATC Healthcare Staffing. Leads branch operations, drives revenue growth, oversees recruitment and credentialing, negotiates contracts, and builds local hospital and institutional client partnerships. Responsible for P&L, KPI performance, compliance with healthcare staffing regulations, and developing a high-performing team to source and deploy healthcare professionals to facilities in the NYC market.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience in healthcare staffing or B2B sales leadership
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
- Experience managing P&L and operational performance
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing processes preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
