Job Summary
Oversee branch operations for sales, parts, service, and rental while managing profit and loss. Monitor performance goals, analyze market trends, and prepare periodic reports on volume and market share. Coordinate with department managers, facilitate hiring and evaluations, and represent the company at trade association meetings. Deliver sales presentations to key customers and negotiate deals while controlling expenditures against budgetary requirements. Make occasional on-the-road trips as necessary. Requires five years of operations management experience and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
