Job Summary
Lead all aspects of branch performance by driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that enable client financial well-being. Manage operational, human capital, and business risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and established policies. Build a high-performing team by attracting, onboarding, coaching, and developing branch members to achieve performance expectations. Acquire and retain talent while utilizing a branded sales process to grow branch revenue through consumer and business household acquisition. Drive business banking results via business development and community involvement, ensuring employees model PNC values in an inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience
- Notary Public license in the applicable state
- Foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state

- Bilingual in Farsi, Hindi, Spanish or Korean
