Job Summary
Branch Manager oversees all branch operations at Gulfeagle/Kimal Lumber location, coordinating departments, supervising sales staff, driving gross sales and gross profit margins, and serving as a back-up salesperson when needed. Responsible for implementing customer-focused service, staff development, and processes to ensure branch profitability and efficient operations. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus experience in wholesale roofing supplies and middle-management, with verification steps including a background check and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- 5+ years of wholesale roofing supplies and/or equivalent experience in a middle management position
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) when dealing with customers, vendors, management, and team members
- Demonstrated ability to effectively staff, manage, and motivate personnel
- Customer Service mentality with experience in conflict/resolution
- Proven ability to promote growth and profitability
- Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines
- All new hires must complete pre-employment background check and drug test
