Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading a Chase branch in Alexandria, LA. Drive growth in deposits and investments, oversee operations, coach the team to deliver exceptional client experiences, and foster a culture aligned with Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Build relationships with local businesses, manage risk and controls, implement banking solutions and technology, and ensure regulatory compliance (Dodd-Frank/SAFE Act). Requires 2+ years of leadership in retail banking, a high school degree or equivalent, and availability for weekend/evening hours. Completion of Branch Manager Training Program and travel for training may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
