Job Summary
Branch Manager leading the team at Chase’s Graham Ave/Broadway in Brooklyn North. You will coach and develop staff, drive growth in deposits and investments, manage branch operations, uphold risk and control standards, and represent the brand with a focus on hospitality and client service. Responsibilities include delivering a clear vision, using the Branch Scorecard to drive strategic growth, building relationships with local businesses and clients, ensuring operational integrity, and using technology to enhance the client experience. Must have 2+ years of management/retail banking experience and the ability to work weekends/evenings; high school degree required (college degree preferred). Training and travel for program completion and regulatory requirements (NMLS/SAFE Act) are noted as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
