Job Summary

Onboarding includes the Branch Manager Readiness Program to transition into leadership, with assignment based on business need and location. Travel up to 50% within the first 6 months, Saturdays required, and SAFE/Wells Fargo risk/compliance standards apply; credit checks and ongoing screening may occur; LO/CFPB requirements apply where relevant; visa sponsorship is not offered.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- SAFE registration is required at time of employment
- LO/CFPB requirements compliance for Loan Originators (LO)
- Ability to travel in assigned geography up to 50% of the time during the first 6 months
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship (H-1B) per posting
