Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading branch operations, coaching a team to grow deposits and investments, delivering client-focused service, and ensuring a strong risk and control environment. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, community engagement, collaboration with experts to meet clients’ financial needs, and driving branch growth and operational excellence. Requires managing a team, strategic planning using the Branch Scorecard, and adherence to banking policies with an emphasis on technology-driven solutions; office-based with weekend/evening hours, and training travel. Must have 2+ years of management experience in Retail Banking or equivalent and a high school degree or GED; college degree preferred. Training program and travel for in-person sessions are noted. NMLS and SAFE Act considerations are specified for regulatory requirements.
