Job Summary
Lead and manage branch operations across Ontario sites as Branch Manager for GFL Environmental, directing site functionality, safety, regulatory compliance (MOE/MOL), and P&L performance. Drive operational excellence, oversee recruitment and development in a unionized environment, support high-impact tenders and reports, optimize waste processing operations, and ensure adherence to environmental approvals. Bring strong leadership, financial forecasting, regulatory knowledge, and strategic vision to grow sustainability-focused operations across multiple Ontario locations.
Required Qualifications
- A college diploma or degree in business, or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates your business acumen.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an Operations or Business Manager role.
