Job Summary
Branch Manager to lead and supervise multiple locations, drive growth of Commercial & Oil lines, oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting and P&L, ensure safety/compliance with regulations, manage staffing and performance, and develop pricing strategies. Key duties include resource coordination across logistics (rail, truck, backhaul), financial analysis and regular P&L reviews, coaching and development of staff, evaluation of hiring/terminations/compensation, and maintaining customer relationships and service agreements. Requires extensive experience in oil collection/transportation and hazardous waste management, supervisory/leadership background, budgeting, contract negotiations, and ability to travel. Location shown at 1000 Lund Blvd, Anoka, MN; no visa sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years’ experience in the oil collection, transportation, and burner fuel markets
- 3-5 Years Experience managing a RCRA EPA Site
- 3-5 Year Experience - Hazardous Waste Management
- 5 years Supervisory or Management experience
- Financial and/or Project Management experience
- Business Development/Acct Management experience
- Ability to generate and manage leads, opportunities and contract negotiations to close business
- Some Budgeting experience
- P&L Experience
- Some fleet or DOT experience
- Excellent communication skills
