Job Summary
Lead overall responsibility for the performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business by leveraging leadership skills to build a success-driven team. Manage all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics while achieving financial and performance goals. Oversee the unit's operational and financial reporting functions to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This role operates within Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental business in North America, serving over 1,000 locations across the industry. The position supports a diversified product mix including general construction equipment, industrial tools, and power services.
Required Qualifications
- Business Management degree
- at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience
- 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience
- valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record history
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls
- Experience in outside sales
- Experience in negotiation and influencing
- High level of accountability
- time management
- willingness to learn all aspects of the business
- Must be able to bend
