Job Summary
Branch Manager at Sunbelt Rentals with responsibility for a multi-million dollar revenue branch, leading Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics; accountable for financial and operational reporting and driving unit performance. Requires a Business Management degree with rental-industry experience or 3-4 years in the rental sector, valid driver’s license, and strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen (P&L) plus outside sales/negotiation experience. Required Qualifications
- Business Management degree OR 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls
- Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing
- Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful
