Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for the operation of GardaWorld’s armored transportation and cash processing facility. Oversees supervision of branch staff including drivers/messengers and vault personnel; leads recruitment, training, coaching, and development; ensures compliance with Department of Transportation guidelines and state guard/gun requirements; manages daily vehicle assignments and route coverage; maintains security and safety standards; provides clear instructions and leadership to armored/CVS teams; leverages logistics and supply chain knowledge to optimize operations; requirements include a minimum of 5 years management experience in transportation or related field, a valid driver’s license with ability to obtain a commercial license, and either a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Proficient with Microsoft Office products and able to train staff on office tools and processes; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in transportation or related field
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain a commercial license
- Ability to obtain firearm license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with DOT guidelines and safety regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge of payroll/HR related processes and labor agreements
