Job Summary
Lead branch team to achieve profitability and growth, drive deposits, loans, investments through needs-based client conversations, and provide solutions to meet immediate and long-term financial needs. Responsible for driving branch sales, service, and operational excellence, coaching staff to model superior sales and service behaviors, and developing new business from small business and mass affluent clients through referrals and partnerships. Develop and execute plans to meet/exceed branch sales goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Conduct proactive sales outreach, analyze performance data to optimize initiatives, and promote community involvement. Ensure adherence to CRA and Fair Lending standards and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing a team and maintaining internal controls. Must be able to work evenings/weekends as required and travel based on business need.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Five or more years retail banking experience required
- Previous lending experience required
- Three or more years of management experience in a sales environment preferred
- Possess or be able to obtain NMLS registration
- Excellent client service skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment
- Flexible, able to adapt to change
- Ability to travel based on business need
- Evening and weekend hours required based on business need
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift objects up to 30 pounds
