Job Summary
Direct and coordinate daily branch activities to achieve optimal efficiency and service levels, while monitoring operational performance, inventory control, and product quality. Lead coaching and development for all branch personnel, manage sales performance forecasting in a high-growth environment, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Ensure execution of company policies, safety standards, and alignment with business goals through collaboration with the management team. This full-time position supports FBM's long-term growth objectives following its acquisition by Lowe's, requiring a leader with 2+ years of management experience in construction or building materials distribution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Knowledge of drywall, metal framing, and related construction products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the construction or distribution industry
