Job Summary
Direct sales and business development to grow branch profitability, including proactive outreach, loan processing up to $250,000, and product bundling. Lead team coaching, performance management, and hiring while resolving complex customer escalations and ensuring compliance with operational and security policies. Manage all branch activities, from digital engagement to retail strategy execution, while maintaining internal control standards and federal registration requirements. Report to a Regional Manager to achieve annual sales and profitability goals.
Required Qualifications
- Branch Manager experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) years' relevant experience
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Minimum two years' managerial experience
- proven leadership abilities
- Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services and client relationship management
- M&T Way Certified
- Precision Leadership Certified
- Bi-lingual/Spanish
- knowledge of Microsoft Office software for word processing and spreadsheets
- Experience with Internet and email
