Job Summary
Lead and manage a Chase Branch in the Fort Myers Market (Cape Coral, FL), driving deposit and investment growth, orchestrating daily operations, and coaching a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Build and sustain relationships with local businesses and clients while maintaining a strong risk and control environment in alignment with policies. Drive branch growth using the Branch Scorecard, foster ongoing learning and development, and leverage technology to deliver banking solutions. Travel for training and in-person meetings as needed; comply with regulatory requirements including Dodd-Frank/SAFE Act and NMLS-related processes. Demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, multitasking, and the ability to influence partners and clients through a culture of service, heart, curiosity, courage, and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
