Job Summary
Manage and coach the branch team to execute sales strategies, generate high-value customer relationships through outbound calling, and process loan requests. Oversee daily branch activities, including conducting sales meetings and ensuring adherence to audit, compliance, and security requirements. Incorporate digital products into customer interactions, maintain data quality using approved technology, and lead sales camps to achieve financial goals. Accountable for operational integrity and risk management across all new and existing relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 3 years of job related experience
- Excellent management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier
