Job Summary
Branch Manager role overseeing all branch staff (counter sales, warehouse, delivery drivers and others), ensuring safety/compliance, and driving EBIT, sales budget, and inventory goals. Responsibilities include hiring and supervising staff, planning work schedules, reviewing performance, enforcing policies, preparing reports for Area/Operations leadership, and leading monthly sales meetings. The position requires maintaining 100% accuracy in order fulfillment, managing daily inventory receipts and invoicing, and maintaining branch appearance. Competencies include leadership, communication, performance management, sales strategy, pricing, inventory optimization, customer service, problem-solving, and financial controls. Location: Tonawanda, NY. Salary range: $63,353–$71,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- Education High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Professional Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy duty truck parts industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position.
- Certifications/Licenses Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record.
