Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for overall sales and operations management of the Hillsborough branch, directing sales strategy and coaching the branch team. Duties include origination and expansion of new-to-bank customers, market and business development, processing loan requests, soliciting new accounts, ensuring branch staff and facilities operate in line with policies and regulatory requirements, driving data quality for referrals and customers, HR responsibilities, and adherence to risk management practices. Requires leadership in community engagement, utilization of digital banking products, and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED minimum
- BA or BS preferred
- 3+ years related experience
- Excellent management, communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and ability to use a personal computer and job-related software (MS Word basic, MS Excel intermediate, MS PowerPoint basic)
- Knowledge of banking audit policies and procedures preferred
- NMLS mortgage licensing knowledge preferred but sponsorship not provided
- Ability to lead and coach branch team, drive sales strategies, and manage branch operations
