Job Summary
Conduct daily sales meetings, execute HR responsibilities, and lead sales camps to drive new customer origination and performance coaching for the branch team. Generate high-value customer relationships through outbound calling, process loan requests, and incorporate digital products into interactions while maintaining data quality using approved branch technology. Manage facility operations, ensure adherence to audit, compliance, and security standards, and assign operational duties according to established policies. Act as a risk manager by monitoring daily risks and reporting to the Market Manager. This role requires a High School diploma, three years of experience, and Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 3 years of job related experience
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier
- Ability to use a personal computer
- MS Word - Basic Level
- MS Excel - Intermediate Level
- MS PowerPoint - Basic Level
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
