Job Summary
Lead branch operations, manage installation projects and service delivery, and supervise department managers, sales staff, administrative personnel, design team members, and technicians. Ensure compliance with fire protection codes, standards, and safety regulations while maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer support. Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and project profitability, then coordinate with corporate leadership to implement company policies and growth strategies. Requires 10+ years of experience in fire protection, construction, or related industries with leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in fire protection, construction, or related industry with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression systems, access control, IP camera systems, intercom & nurse call systems
- Proven experience managing projects, teams, and budgets
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local regulations
