Job Summary
Originate loans, achieve sales targets, and develop sales plans while collecting from overdue customers and ensuring timely collections. Provide regular service to customers, resolving problems to ensure satisfaction, and manage branch staff through hiring, training, and coaching. Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, assist risk teams in portfolio management, and verify collateral securities. Manage the branch budget, allocate funds, define financial goals, and plan marketing activities for business growth. Maintain branch infrastructure and create weekly operational and sales reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, proven experience in branch management within financial services, and strong leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in branch management roles within the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of gold loans, deposits, debentures, and insurance products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Sound knowledge of NPA management and risk mitigation
