Job Summary
Manage branch operations by originating loans, collecting from overdue customers, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. Lead staff through hiring, training, and coaching while resolving customer problems to drive satisfaction and meet sales targets. Oversee branch maintenance, allocate budget funds, and create weekly operational reports. Assist risk teams in portfolio risk management and verify collateral securities. Plan and monitor marketing activities to ensure business growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance and proven experience in financial services branch management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in branch management roles within the financial services sector
- Experience in gold loans
- Strong understanding of gold loans, deposits, debentures, and insurance products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Sound knowledge of NPA management and risk mitigation
