Job Summary
Branch Manager at Fidelity: lead and develop branch staff to deliver superior customer service, deepen customer relationships through value-add recommendations, and drive adoption of digital banking services. Ensure operational and regulatory compliance of the branch while representing a customer-oriented, community-focused organization. Key duties include supervising staff to deliver exceptional service, guiding the team to expand relationships with customers, promoting digital banking solutions through education and customer interaction, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong emphasis on leadership, sales experience, communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (may be waived in lieu of experience)
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of two years of banking or financial services experience
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work late and/or flexible hours
