Job Summary
Branch Manager for Ferrari Express Inc. will lead all branch operations in Fairfield, NJ, including dispatch oversight, vault supervision, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and team leadership. Responsible for route planning and secure transportation performance, driving improvements in route efficiency, staffing coverage, and service quality while maintaining safety protocols. You will supervise logistics, vault, dispatch, administrative teams, and guards; ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations; manage KPIs, audits, and risk management; oversee hiring, training, performance management, and disciplinary processes with HR; drive financial performance, and build strong client relationships to sustain high customer satisfaction. The role requires hands-on dispatch experience, strong compliance knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background screening; reporting to the Director of Operations – North America.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in logistics, armored transportation, or high-value warehousing (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory or management role (required)
- Hands-on experience with dispatching, route planning, driver supervision, and scheduling (required)
- Strong knowledge of compliance standards in secure transport environments
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards
- Ability to complete comprehensive background check
- Experience with operational reporting and performance management
