Job Summary
Provide leadership, coaching, and training for branch staff while ensuring operational integrity and compliance with all policies. Deliver consistent quality customer service to internal and external clients, fostering a team that exceeds satisfaction expectations. Participate in branch functions and community activities to promote the bank's image and growth. Communicate and implement changes to policies and procedures as needed. Cycle through multiple branches during training before selecting a permanent home branch based on growth, commute, and business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of recent experience managing a retail team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates
- Proven track record in meeting multiple objectives and deadlines
- Strong PC skills including Word and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- college degree
- banking preferred
- Recent experience taking Home Equity Line/Loan applications
- Recent experience taking conventional Mortgage Loan applications (purchase, construction/perm, refinance)
