Job Summary
Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales while assessing local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities. Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to meet goals, manage the budget, and allocate funds appropriately. Coach and motivate staff, provide training, and address satisfaction issues promptly to foster a positive environment. Initiate and enforce optimal operational policies, manage stock control, and liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies. Prepare annual budgets and propose corrective actions to leverage growth opportunities. Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices and competitive intelligence.
