Job Summary
Direct all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales while assessing local market conditions and identifying sales opportunities. Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to meet goals and manage the budget effectively. Provide training, coaching, and motivation to staff, recruit new employees, and address satisfaction issues promptly. Initiate and enforce operational policies, manage stock control, and liaise with clients and suppliers. Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices and competitive intelligence. Prepare annual budgets and propose corrective actions to leverage growth opportunities.
