Job Summary
Branch Manager / Outside Sales Leader in Abilene, TX, responsible for growing the equipment rental and site services business while overseeing day-to-day branch and yard operations. Drives new business through prospecting, cold calls, site visits, networking, and relationship building; manages the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and account growth; conducts job walks and provides tailored rental and site service solutions; ensures safety, organization, and operational excellence; coordinates deliveries/pickups with operations; tracks sales activity in CRM and maintains relationships with construction, industrial, commercial, and event customers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales, branch management, or rental industry experience
- Proven success generating new business and growing customer accounts
- Experience in equipment rentals, site services, construction, industrial services, or related industries preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage both customer-facing sales activities and branch operations
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong sense of ownership
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
