Job Summary
Own financial performance for assigned accounts, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Lead and mentor a high-performing inside sales team while developing strategies to optimize account management and operational results. Partner across functions to align resources with business goals and monitor metrics to identify improvement opportunities. This role balances strategic thinking with team development to drive measurable impact in the fastener distribution industry. The position operates out of the Auburn, WA office, requires a bachelor's degree, and involves primarily first-shift hours with occasional evening and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading inside sales or account management teams with measurable impact
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing profitability
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelors degree Business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive responsibilities & related experience, i.e. sales, marketing, management
- Experience in the fastener distribution industry or related experience strongly preferred
- This position operates in a professional office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video-conferencing tools
- The employee is regularly required to talk or hear
- The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- This is a full-time position, and hours of work are primarily first shift hours with occasional evening and weekend work that may be required as job duties demand
- Travel is primarily local, although some out-of-area travel may be expected
