Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration. Recruit, train, and lead the sales team while collaborating with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability. Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities and maintain strong vendor relationships to market products and services. Foster a positive work environment, develop future leaders, and champion a safety-oriented culture where all employees strictly follow safety protocols. Requires a Bachelor's degree, prior industry leadership, and Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus. Offers 401(k) with match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and parental leave.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.)
- one to two years' related experience and/or training
- Prior leadership in industry
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team
- Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
