Job Summary
Lead the overall sales, operations, and profitability of the branch while coaching and developing the recruiting team to meet goals. Support new business development, strengthen client relationships, and maintain strong connections with associates and On-Site teams. Monitor branch performance, implement improvement plans, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Requires previous management experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel locally. Required Qualifications
- Previous management, supervisory, or team-lead experience
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

- Ability to travel locally to client and prospect locations
