Job Summary
Drive sales, operations, and profit for the branch by managing all business activities, recruiting teams, and sales efforts. Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and coaching internal team members to ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment and meet performance expectations. Direct activities for growth goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations. Balance time among clients, branch staff, and on-sites to support superior customer service. Maintain a valid driver's license for travel between locations and prospect sites.

- Management, supervisory, or team-lead experience
