Drive sales, operations, and profit for your branch by managing recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching internal team members to ensure 100% on-time order fulfillment. Hold the branch team and on-sites accountable for performance expectations through clear communication, constructive feedback, and corrective action. Direct activities improving results and growth goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Maintain balanced time with clients, team members, and on-sites. Requires management experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
