Job Summary
Inspire and motivate your team to maximize potential while building strong client relationships for personalized business growth recommendations. Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders' market presence and drive marketing promotion of all products. Prioritize staff and client safety by actively contributing to the zero-harm culture. Coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities. Lead the Biloela team on a 12-month fixed-term, full-time basis covering a maternity leave.
