Job Summary
Inspire and motivate your team to maximize potential while building strong client relationships for personalized recommendations. Cultivate new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders' presence and drive marketing for all products. Prioritize staff and client safety by actively contributing to the zero-harm culture. Coach and mentor staff on identifying and developing new sales opportunities. Manage all aspects of branch operations to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Requires 5+ years in agricultural chemicals or compliance with Agsafe Accreditation. Full-time permanent role with competitive salary and performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural chemicals and Schedule 7 (S7) poisons
- Relevant industry experience
- Formal qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a chemical, agricultural, compliance, or operational environment
- Agsafe Accreditation
- The ability to fulfil regulatory responsibilities associated with the management of S7 poisons
- The ability to fulfil regulatory responsibilities associated with chemical compliance programs
- Sound financial knowledge
- Strong business acumen
- Valid driver's licence with no restrictions
